In winter temperature may decrease down to -45°c, and in summer rise up to +30. One can experience all four seasons on the territory of Kazakhstan with frosty winter, blossoming spring, heating summer and scarlet autumn. Cold winter starts in November and lasts until the end of April. The influence of arctic air masses leads to a strong cold (up to -50 с°).

The current population of Kazakhstan is 18.3+ Million as of 2018, based on the latest United Nations estimates. Kazakhstan population is equivalent to 0.24% of the total World population. Kazakhstan ranks number 64 in the list of countries (and dependencies) by population. The population density in Kazakhstan is 7 per km2 (17 people per mi2). The total land area is 2,724,900 sq.km (1,052,100 sq. Mi). 50.0 % of the population is urban (9,096,503 people in 2017). The median age in Kazakhstan is 29.6 Years.

According to the constitution, the state language of Ukraine is Ukrainian. Russian is widely spoken, especially in Eastern and Southern Ukraine.

System of Education

Initial vocational education is provided by training schools and lycees, and other secondary vocational education is provided by colleges and trade schools. To train students in a skilled profession, initial training schools are designed in which they trained for 2 or 3 years but for some professional training 4-year program is required. Students who graduate can go to colleges and universities for advanced vocational training. Students who have completed their general secondary education and initial vocational training in the same field, accelerated programs exist. Graduates can go to universities for higher education or start working. As per Budget Law of 1999, all colleges are state-owned and self-financed. All compulsory education is given free of charge.
