In the fiscal year 2022-23, the hospital significantly expanded its facilities, increasing the total number of teaching beds to 650, which includes 60 intensive care beds. The expansion also saw the introduction of 10 intensive care beds in each of the various broad specialties, bringing the total to 26 specialized units.

In 2023, the MD/MS program saw an increase in seats from 15 to 28, approved by the Statutory Council. The hospital offers comprehensive clinical care and teaching facilities, including:

• Facilities for histopathology, hematology, and cytology investigations.
• Fully automated and semi-automated biochemistry analyzers for biochemical tests.
• An electrophoresis unit and electrolyte analyzer.
• A molecular lab accredited by NABL.
• Audiometry and speech therapy services.
• X-ray facilities including 600 mA, 300 mA, 100 mA, and 60 mA units.
• Ultrasound, echocardiography, CT scan, and MRI capabilities.
• A 10-bed dialysis unit.
• Comprehensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
• A newly installed and operational Cath lab.
