DME TN Invites Applications for MBBS and BDS Admission

For the 2023–2024 academic year, the undergraduate MBBS and BDS application procedure has been launched by the Directorate of Medical Education. The only mode of operation for this process is online. Application Method

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:

 

• As on December 31, 2023, candidates must be at least 17 years old.
• Passing grade in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany, and Zoology in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent.
• Candidates from the general category must have obtained a minimum of 50% overall in the qualifying exam, while those from the SC, ST, and OBC categories must have obtained a minimum of 40% overall.
• For the academic year 2023–2024, applicants must have passed the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) test.

• Online registration opens on June 28th, 2023 at 10 a.m.
• Online registration will end on July 10, 2023, at 5 p.m.

Government-Quota Seats

Seats are available under the Government Quota at the Tamil Nadu Government Medical and Dental Colleges. Candidates who are eligible and meet the requirements can apply for these seats. Dental and medical schools that are self-sufficient

Management Quota Seats
