Madhya Pradesh’s Director of Medical Education (DME MP) plans to begin registration for NEET UG counselling on July 26th, 2023. The purpose of this article is to give detailed information regarding the registration procedure, 5% reservation requirements, a counselling flow chart, and a list of participating medical and dentistry colleges.
The Registration Procedure
Candidates must register for NEET UG counselling in order to be considered for state quota seats in government medical/dental institutions, private medical/dental colleges, and NRI seats in private institutes in Madhya Pradesh. The registration procedure is set to begin on July 26th, 2023. To engage in the counselling process, interested candidates must go to the official website, mponline.gov.in, and fill out an application form.
EWS Candidates with a 5% Reservation Criteria
According to the amended admission criteria published on May 10, 2023, applicants who seek to take advantage of the 5% reserve must show documentation in the required format (10A/B) listed on the DME website.
Eligibility Requirements for EWS
Candidates must fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) reservation:
Their annual income should not be more than 8 lakh rupees.
EWS Ineligibility Criteria
EWS reservation is not available to the following candidates:
Those who own 5 acres of land.
- Candidates who possess a 1200 square foot residence in a municipal council district.
- Candidates who possess an 1800-square-foot home in a city council district.
- Candidates with a home larger than 1000 square feet.

In Madhya Pradesh, 41 colleges are taking part in the NEET UG counselling procedure. 26 of these schools provide MBBS programmes, while the remaining 15 offer BDS programmes. The list covers both public and private universities, giving candidates a wide range of options for their medical education.

The Madhya Pradesh NEET UG counselling registration procedure is set to commence on July 26th, 2023. Candidates seeking admission to the state’s government and private medical and dentistry institutions must first register on the official website.
