UG (MBBS) Admission Documents:

  1. NEET UG Admit Card: To prove eligibility for the NEET UG exam.
  2. NEET UG Result/Scorecard: For proof of qualifying marks in the NEET UG exam.
  3. Class 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate: For date of birth and educational qualification proof.
  4. Class 12th Mark Sheet: Proof of passing the Intermediate (10+2) exam with the required subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English).
  5. Transfer Certificate: Issued by the last attended school/college.
  6. Migration Certificate: For students from boards other than the respective state board.
  7. Aadhar Card/Valid ID Proof: For identity verification.
  8. Passport-sized Photographs: Usually 6-10 passport-sized photographs.
  9. Caste Certificate (if applicable): For SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  10. Income Certificate (if applicable): For candidates applying under economically weaker sections (EWS) or seeking fee concession.
  11. Character Certificate: From the school or college last attended.
