Veeraiyan, Chancellor of Saveetha Dental College, expressed his immense pride in the institution, its students, and faculty for being ranked among the top 15 dental institutions in the world in the QS World Ranking 2023 by subject. The QS World University Rankings by Subject revealed that Indian universities have made significant progress, with a cumulative total of 355 entries, a rise of 18.7% from last year’s figure of 299. India is ranked second in Asia after China, with many universities making it to the top spots in popular subjects, especially in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
