MBBS Cut Off

    • Must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
    • A valid score in NEETUG is mandatory.
    • Minimum age of 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year.

    • A valid score in NEET-PG is required for admission.

Bond Policy and Stipend

The bond policy at Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences mandates that MBBS graduates must serve in rural areas for a period of one year after completing their degree. This service bond aims to address the shortage of healthcare professionals in rural settings. A penalty of ₹5 lakh is applicable for non-compliance.
