AP ECET Exam 2023 Has Been Postponed; JNTUA will Administer The Exam

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) announced on its official website https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in that the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2023 would now take place on June 20, 2023, instead of May 5. No explanation for the delay has been provided. For those who desire to study engineering in Andhra Pradesh, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA) will hold the exam.

 

Reasons for Delaying

The AP ECET 2023 exam was supposed to take place on May 5, however, officials moved it up to June 20, 2023. The cause of the delay has not been disclosed by the APSCHE. It is anticipated that the COVID-19 pandemic or other unforeseen events may be to blame for the postponement.

JNTUA will host the AP ECET in 2023.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will conduct the AP ECET 2023 on behalf of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA). The AP ECET 2023 online registration period ran from March 10 through April 10 of that year. Candidates may sit for the exam if they want to pursue an engineering degree in Andhra Pradesh.

Exam Format

The 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the AP ECET Exam will cover themes in maths, physics, chemistry, and engineering. Candidates will have a full three hours to attempt the exam. Questions relevant to mathematics, physics, chemistry, and engineering will be asked on the entrance exam.

Admit Card

According to rumours, the exam’s admit card would be posted on the official website 15 days before the test. Candidates are encouraged to often check the website for updates.

State-engineering colleges in AP will give admission to candidates who have been chosen in the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test. Candidates are urged to make the most of this opportunity to study thoroughly for the entrance exam, which will be administered in two sessions on June 20, 2023.
