Kashmir and Jammu The Kashmir Medical College and Super Speciality Hospital, being built by Milli Trust, Delhi, at the Industrial Estate Sempora, Medicity, Srinagar, just had the foundation stone set by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. The project, which will revolutionize the healthcare sector in the area, is one of the largest private sector investments in the Union Territory (UT) health sector and is valued at Rs 525 crore.

The project is evidence of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s dedication to making J&K, UT, a top location for industrial and service-related investments. The Lt. Effective and affordable healthcare 

The project aims to offer residents of the area effective, high-quality healthcare at reasonable costs. In order to meet the ambitions of the youth, the Medical College will have 150 MBBS seats, and the 100-bed Super Speciality Hospital will offer top-notch medical care. For 2,000 young people in the area, the project will also result in better job prospects.

The Lt. Governor addressed the crowd at the groundbreaking event and thanked the Milli Trust for funding J&K UT’s healthcare industry. The project, according to the Lt. Governor, is an important step in building a strong healthcare system in the area.
