The MKCG Medical College, Berhampur is a Government College established in the Year 1962. The College is affiliated to Berhampur University, located in Orissa and and recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) with the annual intake of 250 seats in MBBS, 159 seats in 23 disciplines of Postgraduate studies and 9 seats in 4 disciplines of Super-Specialization studies. The medical college was set up with the basic aim of providing medical and para-medical education, to produce excellent healthcare professionals for the community, as well as to render tertiary health care to the people of south-western Odisha.
