Mamata Educational Society came into existence in May 1992 after tireless efforts of our founder, architect and a great visionary Sri Puvvada Nageswara Rao, who is a renowned politician and social worker and by dedication educationist and philanthropist of repute.
It is under the unflagging enthusiastic and magnanimous leadership of the Chairman of Mamata Educational Society, Sri Puvvada Ajay Kumar, younger son of our founder, who tenderly nurtured and expedited our educational and healthcare institutes.
Mamata Educational Society had initiated its work with the 750-bedded Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences and Hospital is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana with 150 M.B.B.S seats for the academic year 2023-24Â and is recognized by NMC for conducting undergraduate and post graduate medical courses. Government of Telangana State has issued an Essentiality Certificate for establishment of its Medical College.
The Mamata Educational Society has constructed spacious buildings for the Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences Hospital. Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences provides all the facilities that are required for the primary to tertiary health care facilities. Out Patient Department: All the departments like General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OBG, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, E.N.T., TBCD, Dermatology, Psychiatry have their OPD facilities with separate male and female examination rooms. Student demonstration rooms are provided adjacent to every OPD for clinical demonstrations.
