Eligibility Criteria for SRMJEEE 

Eligibility: To be eligible for SRMJEEE 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1.    Educational Qualifications:

o    Candidates must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) from a recognized board, with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology (depending on the chosen specialization).

o    Candidates appearing for Class 12 exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria by the time of admission.

2.    Age Limit:

o    Candidates must be born on or after July 1, 2004.

3.    Subject Requirements:

o    For B.Tech in Engineering: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory.

o    For B.Tech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and related programs: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology may be considered as part of the exam.

SRMJEEE Application Process :

SRM Counseling Process

1.    Announcement of Results: After the SRMJEEE exam, the results will be announced. Candidates who qualify are eligible for counseling.

2.    Registration for Counseling: Qualified candidates need to register for counseling on the SRMIST official website. This typically requires filling out a form and paying a counseling fee.

3.    Document Verification: During the counseling process, candidates will need to submit documents for verification. These typically include:

o    10th and 12th mark sheets

o    SRMJEEE result printout

o    Category certificate (if applicable)

o    Passport-sized photographs

o    Government-issued ID proof

o    Any other documents as specified by the university

4.    Choice Filling: Candidates will be asked to select their preferred campus, program, and specialization during counseling. It’s important to select wisely as seats are allocated based on your rank and availability.

5.    Seat Allotment: After the document verification and preference filling, the seat allotment will take place. If you're allotted a seat, you’ll receive an admission offer.

6.    Payment of Fees: Once a seat is offered, candidates need to pay the admission fee and secure their seat. The fee payment typically happens online through the university’s portal.
