NEET UG Admit Card and Exam Centers

Candidates can download their NEET UG 2025 admit cards from the official NTA website starting from May 1, 2025. The city intimation slip will be available by April 26, 2025. The exam center details will be mentioned in the admit card, which must be carried to the exam center for entry.

NEET UG Answer Key and Result Declaration

After the exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the recorded responses and the official answer key for candidates to verify their answers. The final NEET UG 2025 result is expected to be declared by June 14, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for NEET UG 2025

To be eligible for the NEET UG exam, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission or should complete the age requirement by December 31 of the year of admission.

Academic Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects, with a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Nationality: Indian nationals, NRIs, OCIs, and PIOs are eligible. Foreign nationals can also apply.

Attempt Limit: There is no limit on the number of attempts for NEET UG.

Appearing in Class 12 in 2025: Candidates who are currently in Class 12 (with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects) and expect to pass with the required percentage. Result must be out before the first round of counseling.

Class 12 or Equivalent Exam: Candidates who have passed Class 12 (with subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English) after 12 years of study. Open school/private candidates or those with Biology/Biotech as an additional subject are not eligible.

Intermediate/Pre-degree Science Exam: Candidates who have passed the intermediate or pre-degree science exam (with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English).

Pre-medical/Pre-professional Exam: Candidates who have passed a pre-medical exam after Higher Secondary or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English (including practical tests).

First Year of a 3-year Degree Course: Candidates who have completed the first year of a 3-year degree course from a recognized university, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology, and passed the earlier exam with the required subjects.

B.Sc. Exam: Candidates who have passed the B.Sc. exam with at least two of the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and have passed the earlier qualifying exam with the required subjects.

Other Equivalent Exams: Candidates who have passed any other exam that is equivalent to the Intermediate Science Exam of an Indian University/Board (with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English).

To complete the NEET UG registration process, candidates need to upload the following documents:

NEET UG Counselling Process

Once the NEET UG exam results are declared, the next crucial step is NEET UG Counselling. The counselling process is organized by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota (AIQ) seats and respective State Authorities for state quota seats. It involves several rounds:
