Common Eligibility

•    Must have appeared in JEE Main 2025 Paper 1 (for B.Tech) or Paper 2 (for B.Arch).

•    Must have passed 10+2 from CBSE/recognized board with required subjects and percentage.

Institute-wise Eligibility:

For DTU, NSUT, and IGDTUW (B.Tech)

•    Minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

For IIIT Delhi (B.Tech)

•    70% aggregate in best five subjects including PCM.

•    70% in Mathematics alone.
