Gandaki Medical College Teaching Hospital & Research Centre (GMCTHRC) was established in 2007 in Pokhara with the goal of providing high-quality medical education to students from around the world. GMCTHRC offers various programs including MBBS, BDS, BSc. Nursing, BNS, BSc. MIT, BSc. MLT, BPH, and BPharma, along with postgraduate programs under the affiliation of Tribhuvan University - Institute of Medicine (TU-IOM).
The college aims to become a world-class medical institution known for excellent teaching, clinical care, and research. The college is expanding its clinical and academic programs and research activities. GMCTHRC also organizes numerous community outreach programs and is setting up super-specialty departments. This year marks the graduation of the first batch of students.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Students:
1. Educational Qualifications:
o The candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
o The candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects in 10+2.
o A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required in the 10+2 examination.
2. Entrance Exam: Candidates must have appeared for the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates) and must have a valid NEET score.
3. Age Criteria: The candidate must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.
4. English Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language is required since the course is conducted in English.
Admission Process for Indian Students:
1. Application Submission: Submit the completed application form online or offline with all the required documents.
2. Eligibility Verification: The college will verify the applicant's eligibility, including educational qualifications and NEET UG score.
3. Entrance Exam: Admission will be granted based on the valid NEET UG score for Indian students.
4. Document Submission: Candidates need to submit necessary documents for verification as per the requirements.
5. Fee Payment: Pay the prescribed seat booking fee and the first installment of tuition fees at the time of admission.
6. Final Admission: Once the verification and payment process is complete, the candidate will be granted admission to the MBBS program.
