Ad-din Bashundhara Medical College
Ad-din Foundation was established in 1980 with the aim of supporting the underprivileged majority of Bangladesh. Its first project was building an orphanage in Jessore. During its thirty-seven years of development, Ad-din has expanded its existence of diverse projects in several parts of the country. Bashundhara Ad-din Medical College (BAMC) is a private medical college located in Bashundhara Riverview Project at Hasnabad in Keraniganj, Bangladesh. It was jointly funded by Bashundhara Group and Akij Group, and is run by Ad-din Foundation. It has affiliation to University of Dhaka. Ad-din is trying to secure excellent teaching facilities and a dedicated team of faculty members some of whom are authorities in their own disciplines. Given the resources at its disposal, Ad-din continues to develop outstanding medical graduates who are both excellent in their clinical practice and equally conscious about their social obligations.
