🏅 Award & Renewal of Scholarship

Scholarship Fee Slabs 1, 2, and 3 are applicable only for the first academic year (2026-27). Continuation is not automatic - renewal depends on meeting prescribed academic and conduct conditions.

✅ General Conditions for Renewal

All candidates must:
• Maintain required CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average)
• Have no disciplinary action during the course
Clear every semester without arrears

👉 If these conditions are not satisfied, the student:
• Will be moved to a higher fee slab
• Will have to pay revised fees based on CGPA in subsequent years

📊 Category I - Slab 1 Renewal Rules

Required: CGPA ≥ 7.0 • No disciplinary issues • No arrears

CGPA RangeOutcome
CGPA ≥ 7.0Same Slab 1 continues
CGPA 6.5 – 7.0Shift to Slab 2
CGPA 6.0 – 6.5Shift to Slab 3
CGPA < 6.0Shift to Slab 4

📊 Category II - Slab 2 Renewal Rules

Required: CGPA ≥ 6.5 • No disciplinary issues • No arrears

CGPA RangeOutcome
CGPA ≥ 6.5Same Slab 2 continues
CGPA 6.0 – 6.5Shift to Slab 3

📊 Category III - Slab 3 Renewal Rules

Required: CGPA ≥ 6.0 • No disciplinary issues • No arrears

CGPA RangeOutcome

⚠️ Important Rule: If a student moves to a higher fee slab due to poor performance → 👉 They cannot return to the previous (lower) slab, even if CGPA improves in future years • Scholarship is performance-linked, not permanent • Fee liability can increase year by year if CGPA drops • Maintaining CGPA is financially critical
