Eligibility Criteria of Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2026

• Must qualify NEET UG 2026 with the required cutoff percentile.
• Must be a citizen of India and possess a valid Arunachal Pradesh domicile certificate (except for NRI/management quota).

• Minimum marks required:

In case of failure to fulfill the bond conditions or discontinuation of the course, a penalty of ₹10 Lakhs is applicable as per the prevailing Government rules. Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2026: Official Round-wise Schedule

As per the official circular (No. HTE-18/1/2023-HTE-BR-HTE, dated 11 August 2026) issued by the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (DHTE), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, the NEET UG 2026 counselling will be conducted in two main rounds followed by a tentative Spot Round. Round 1 Schedule

Round 1 is the main round, during which registration, document upload, choice filling, locking, and the first seat allotment take place based on the candidate’s NEET UG rank.

Round 2 Schedule

In this round, seats vacated or remaining after Round 1 are allotted. Candidates who reported in Round 1 and are eligible for upgradation, as well as remaining eligible registered candidates, are considered as per rank and seat availability.

Spot Round (Tentative)

The Spot Round is the final tentative round conducted for any seats remaining vacant after Round 2 and the withdrawal window. Only eligible candidates as per DHTE norms can participate; this round will be conducted only if required.
