 11 August 2026 

The Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (DHTE), Arunachal Pradesh has officially released the NEET UG 2026 Counselling Schedule vide Circular No. HTE-18/1/2023-HTE-BR-HTE. Online provisional registration has started from  13 August 2026  and will continue till  19 August 2026 .

⚠ Important Notice for PwD Candidates

PwD candidates, if any, will be required to report to the Medical Board at the Conference Hall of TRIHMS, Naharlagun at a date and time to be notified later, but between 12 August 2026 and 18 August 2026, for medical examination and final confirmation of their PwD status and ability to undergo the courses. Candidates are advised to keep all original documents/testimonials (including photocopies) ready for verification as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria of Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2026

To participate, candidates must qualify for NEET UG 2026 and fulfil Arunachal Pradesh domicile norms (except for NRI/management quota seats).

  • Must qualify NEET UG 2026 with the required cutoff percentile.
  • Must be a citizen of India and possess a valid Arunachal Pradesh domicile certificate (except for NRI/management quota).
  • Completion of Class 12 with PCB and English is mandatory.
  • Minimum marks required:
    • General: 50%
    • OBC/SC/ST: 40%
    • PwD: 45%
  • Candidate must be 17 years old by December 31, 2026.

 The Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (DHTE), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, has revised the schedule for the remaining activities of PCB Group Online Counselling 2026 through its circular dated 04 September 2026. The Second Round of seat allotment has been published, and the revised schedule for Round 2 reporting, withdrawal and Spot Round participation is given below. 

 Latest Update: Round 2 Seat Allotment Published 

 The Second Round of PCB Group Online Counselling 2026 seat allotment has been published on 04 September 2026. Candidates are required to log in to apjee.co.in using their credentials and complete the prescribed reporting process. 

 Candidates opting for the Freeze option online must physically report to the respective Directorate for obtaining the nomination letter by 08 September 2026, up to 04:00 PM

 Round 2 Schedule – Revised 

 The Second Round of PCB Group Online Counselling 2026 seat allotment was published on 04 September 2026. Candidates allotted seats are required to log in to the counselling portal and complete the prescribed reporting process within the revised deadline.

 Round 2 Freeze Option & Physical Reporting 

 Candidates opting for the Freeze option online are required to physically report to the concerned Directorate for obtaining the nomination letter within the prescribed deadline. 

Physical Reporting Deadline: 08 September 2026, up to 04:00 PM

Candidates who fail to submit the required willingness under the Freeze option and/or fail to report to the respective Directorate within the prescribed deadline will be treated as not interested and their allotment will stand automatically cancelled. Such candidates will, however, be automatically eligible for the Spot Round.
