We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor who will engage with leads generated through Bodmas digital platforms, counsel students and parents, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. The role requires excellent communication skills, structured CRM reporting, and strong follow-up discipline.
Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing platforms.
Engage with students and parents effectively to convert leads.
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
Coordinate webinars and counselling sessions.
Minimum Graduate (Post-graduates preferred)
1â3 years experience in counselling or sales
Strong communication & listening skills
CRM & Excel knowledge
Target-oriented & professional attitude
