Step 2: Online Registration
Register online through the official MCC counselling portal with NEET credentials and required information.
Step 3: Counselling Fee & Security Deposit
Pay the prescribed counselling fee and refundable security deposit before choice filling.
Step 4: Choice Filling & Locking
Select and prioritize preferred Deemed Universities, carefully including CIMER KGF before the choice-locking deadline.
Step 5: Seat Allotment
MCC allots seats based on NEET rank, preferences, seat availability, and eligibility. Results are published on the MCC portal.
Step 6: Download Allotment Letter
Download the provisional allotment letter issued by MCC for reporting at the institute.
Step 7: Reporting to the Institute
Report within the reporting schedule notified by MCC; produce original documents, complete verification, and pay the admission fee.

Discontinuation Policy
If a candidate leaves the course after the MCC counselling cut-off date, or vacates the allotted seat such that it cannot be filled by another eligible candidate, the institute may recover the tuition fee and other applicable charges for the remaining duration of the MBBS programme, as per institutional rules.
Break of Study Policy
If the duration of study is extended due to academic or other approved reasons, it is treated as a Break of Study, and the institute may levy a Break Fee for the extended period as per applicable university regulations.
CRMI is the final and mandatory component of the MBBS programme at CIMER KGF. After completing 4ยฝ years of academic study and passing the Final MBBS Part II Examination, every student must undergo 12 months of supervised clinical internship as per NMC regulations, applying theoretical knowledge in real clinical settings while strengthening practical skills, professional ethics, and clinical decision-making.
