City Medical College offers 5 years MBBS course approved by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Bangladesh. Affiliated by University of Dhaka, recognized by Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC). City Medical College is aimed to produce need based skilled Community oriented doctors. Efforts will be given to help the students to gain an updated knowledge and to produce competent, committed and accountable doctors who will be able to lead the healthcare sector as leaders to fulfill the health problems of the community and to acquire strong background for future training and higher studies. Hospital Emergency department is supported by a dedicated team of health workers comprising of Emergency Medical Officers, Nursing staffs and paramedics. The department is well equipped with observation beds, procedure room and has all sorts of equipments to treat critical patients. Specialty rooms are maintained to handle cases of cardiovascular illness, trauma, orthopedic injuries and pediatric patients. City Medical College Hospital provide 24 hrs. Ambulance services.
