Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai, was founded in 1990 in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, and is a constituent college of Dr. D.Y. Patil University (Deemed to be University), Navi Mumbai. The dental hospital here runs with 428 dental chairs and sees an average daily outpatient count of over 650, giving students a fairly high volume of clinical cases.

The college is recognised by the Dental Council of India and operates under the same D.Y. Patil group as its sister campuses, though this is a separate institution from the D.Y.
