MBA Full-Time Programme (2026–28)
The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, has officially released its notice dated March 16, 2026, announcing the shortlisting of candidates for the interview process for admission to the MBA Full-Time Programme (2026–28).
The shortlisting is based on CAT 2025 results, along with the criteria specified in the FMS Information Bulletin and guidelines of the FMS Admission Committee.
Basis of Shortlisting
FMS has clarified that the composite score cut-offs for each category have been determined using CAT 2025 performance. These scores are used to identify candidates eligible for the next stage of the admission process, i.e., the Personal Interview (PI).

Composite Score Calculation Method
Section Weightages
FMS has provided a clear methodology for computing the composite score:
- VRC (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension): 40% weightage
- DI/LR (Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning): 30% weightage
- QA (Quantitative Ability): 30% weightage
Formula & Additional Note
- Formula: Composite Score = Σ (Section Score × Weightage) / Max Marks (per section)
- (Rounded off to 3 decimal places)
- Additionally, female candidates are awarded 5 extra marks in the composite score calculation.

The Personal Interview (PI) process for shortlisted candidates is scheduled to begin from:

Documents Required for Interview

- Class 10th and 12th marksheets (with CGPA conversion, if applicable)
- Graduation marksheets / latest marksheets (for final-year candidates)
- CAT 2025 Score Card
- Reservation certificates (if applicable)
All documents must be submitted as self-attested copies along with originals for verification.
Foreign Nationals Admission
Foreign nationals seeking admission must apply through the Foreign Students Registry (FSR), University of Delhi, within the specified deadline.
