Government Medical College, Siddipet is located in Siddipet, Telangana. It received permission from then Medical Council of India (MCI) to start admission for MBBS course from year 2018. Permission was given for 150 seats from the academic year in 2018-19. From the year 2019, 25 extra seats were permitted under EWS Quota. This college is affiliated to Kaloji Narayan Rao University of Health Sciences. GMC Siddipet was the second Government Medical College established after the formation of Telangana.
Government Medical College Siddipet presently has 850 students (5 batches of 175 each) and 150 Interns. NMC has also permitted to start Postgraduate courses in 13 broad specialties with 61 seats Other courses like B.Sc (Allied Sciences) and paramedical Courses are also run in this institute.
The college is well equipped with all the infrastructure including lecture theaters, library, laboratories and museums.
