NEET UG counselling process in Bihar   

The NEET UG counselling process in Bihar is managed by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Eligibility Criteria:
  • NEET Qualification: Candidates must have qualified the NEET UG examination with the required minimum percentile.

  • Age Limit: Candidates should be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects, securing the minimum required marks.

Domicile Criteria:

To be eligible for the 85% state quota in Bihar, candidates must meet one of the following domicile conditions:

  • Resident of Bihar: Candidates whose parents are residents of Bihar or refugees settled in Bihar.

  • Children of Bihar Government Employees: Candidates whose parents are employed with the Bihar Government, irrespective of their domicile.
