UP NEET PG 2026 Counselling – Government Order Update

Uttar Pradesh Government has released the official counselling guidelines for MD/MS/Diploma/DNB/MDS admissions for the academic session 2026-27.

Important Update:
The Government Order dated 23 July 2026 confirms the counselling policy, eligibility, registration fee, security deposit, reservation, counselling rounds, free exit policy, penalty rules, internship cut-off dates and admission guidelines for UP NEET PG/MDS 2026-27. The detailed counselling schedule will be released separately by DGME Uttar Pradesh.

UP NEET PG 2026 Latest Updates

Official UP NEET PG/MDS Counselling Policy 2026-27 released by the Uttar Pradesh Government.
Admission will be conducted for MD, MS, Diploma, DNB and MDS courses.
Counselling will be conducted in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round.
Fresh Registration is mandatory for the Stray Vacancy Round.
Registration Fee: ₹3,000 (Non-Refundable)

Free Exit & Penalty Rules

Counselling Round	Rule
Round 1	Free Exit Allowed.
Round 2	Failure to join allotted seat may result in forfeiture of security deposit and applicable penalties.
Round 3	Penalty applicable for non-joining as per Government Order.
Stray Vacancy Round	Failure to join allotted seat will lead to security deposit forfeiture and debarment from the next academic session.

It will be updated here immediately after the Directorate General of Medical Education & Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh publishes the official counselling calendar.
