Eligibility Criteria

1. Academic Requirements
   • Must have cleared Class 12 in the science stream, with compulsory Physics & Mathematics, plus Chemistry/Biology/Biotech/Technical Vocational/Language.
   • General/OBC/EWS: minimum 75% aggregate or top 20 percentile.
   • SC/ST/PwD: Pass is sufficient with the necessary category certificate. (NIT Sikkim follows central reservation norms: SC 15%, ST 7.5%, OBC‑NCL 27%, EWS 10%, PwD 5%).
2. Entrance Test
   • Must appear in JEE Main 2025 (both sessions) and secure a valid rank.

Admission Steps

1. Qualify JEE Main

2. JoSAA/CSAB Counselling
