Form-A is the first stage of application, required to register for the entrance examination.

You need to: Fill personal details • Select exam centre preferences • Choose optional subject (Mathematics / Biology) • Upload required details

🧾 Form-B - Critical Stage

Form-B is the most critical stage - it determines your rank and admission eligibility.

You must enter: 10th (HSC) marks (all subjects) • +2 Science marks (PCM / PCB / Biotechnology details)

⚠️ Editable only till the last date; No correction allowed after deadline

• For Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry & Community Science: Either PCM or PCB combination is compulsory. If a student has not studied Mathematics or Biology: Must complete pre-requisite courses in the missing subject during first two semesters

• For Veterinary (B.V.Sc. & A.H.): PCB or PCB with Biotechnology is mandatory

• For Fisheries (B.F.Sc.): PCB is mandatory

• For Agricultural Engineering: PCM is mandatory

✅ Eligible Candidates:
1. Candidates who have passed HSC/equivalent with Odia as MIL — No residential certificate required
2. Candidates without Odia as MIL, but whose parents are permanent residents of Odisha — Must produce residential certificate
3. Candidates whose parents are working in Odisha under Govt./Central Govt./PSU/University — Must provide employer certificate
4. Odisha-origin candidates residing outside the state — Must provide proof from competent authority

Subject Combination Rule:
• If Mathematics is chosen → Exam will be PCM
• If Biology is chosen → Exam will be PCB

📍 Exam Centre Allotment:
• Candidates must select 3 preferred exam centres in Form-A
• OUAT will try to allot centres based on preference
• University may allot a different nearby centre if required
• Decision of OUAT is final; No request for change accepted after deadline

• No extra attempt given if absent

🪑 Counselling Process

Admission is finalized through a centralized counselling process.

🎯 Basis of Counselling:
• Rank obtained by the candidate
• Category (reservation / quota)
• Seat allotment strictly as per: Merit rank • Category eligibility • Availability of seats

📄 Document Verification:
• Compulsory for all candidates
• Must produce original documents
❌ If candidate fails to produce required documents → Admission cancelled immediately

📌 Final Admission: Confirmed only after successful document verification and completion of admission formalities

📌 Application Process - Critical Rules

One Application for All: Only ONE application form is allowed for all courses and all colleges under OUAT

🚫 Data Accuracy:
• Submission of incorrect/false marks → Cancellation of candidature; Cancellation of admission (even after selection)

⛔ Editing & Correction:
• No correction allowed after last date of Form-A or Form-B
• Candidates must verify all details before final submission
