The President Abdul Hamid Medical College was established in 2013. As it is pretty evident, the President Abdul Hamid Medical College was named after the 20th President of Bangladesh, Md. Abdul Hamid, who has also been a freedom fighter. It is also approved by Bangladesh Health and Dental Council and several other authorities. The principal of President Abdul Hamid Medical College is Prof. Dr A. N. M. Naushad Khan. The MBBS from this medical college is accepted and recognized by various national as well as international authorities. 

The hospital is managed by Abdul Halim Khan Foundation and acts as a non-profitable organization. The main objective of the hospital is to assist the poor, the sick, and the uneducated. The profit of the hospital will be allocated for the service of the poor. From its inception, the hospital has conducted various social services to help the deprived people. The hospital is dedicated to provide the best treatment possible to its patient and in a short span of time we have incorporated a modern Dialysis Centre and three operations Theatre. Phase by phase, the hospital will provide all sorts of modern Medical & Surgical services. The hospital has an outdoor and 24 hrs emergency unit.
