🦷 Faculty of Dentistry & Allied

Students graduating from Dentistry have achieved recognized positions in India and abroad. Allied & Health Care Profession courses have been started from 2026.

👉 Candidates will attempt Biology or Mathematics as per course requirements.

📝 Marking Scheme

• ✅ Correct Answer: +1 Mark
• ❌ Incorrect Answer: No Negative Marking

👉 Since there is no negative marking, candidates can attempt all questions without penalty for incorrect answers.

⚖️ Tie-Breaking Rules

In case of equal scores, merit will be decided in the following order:

🏥 B.Sc. Nursing

✔ Must have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with:
• Physics • Chemistry • Biology • English as a compulsory subject

Minimum Aggregate Marks in PCB:
• General Category: 45%
• SC/ST Category: 40%

Age Limit:
• Minimum Age: 17 years (on or before 31 December 2026)
• No upper age limit

🧪 Allied Health Courses

(BPT, BMLS, BRTT, BMRIT, B.Optom)

✔ Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English

Minimum Marks:
• General Category: 50%
• SC/ST/OBC/PwD Categories: 40%

💊 Pharmacy Courses

(D.Pharm & B.Pharm)

✔ Must have passed 10+2 with:
• Physics • Chemistry
• Biology OR Mathematics
• English must be passed as a subject

Age:
• Minimum: 17 years
• Must complete 17 years on or before 31 December 2026

📌 Result Awaited / Medical Fitness

Result Awaited Candidates:
• Candidates appearing in qualifying examination (10+2) are also eligible to apply
• Must fulfil all eligibility conditions
• Must pass the qualifying exam before the choice filling stage
👉 Failure to qualify = disqualification from admission

🏥 Medical Fitness:
• Must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining
• Must be in prescribed format
• Issued by a Medical Officer of Government of Rajasthan

🏥 B.Sc. Nursing Seat Distribution

👩 Female Seat Requirement: Female candidates shall not be less than 50% of total seats in all categories

🧪 Allied & Pharmacy Seat Rules

Allied & Health Care Courses:
• 100% of seats (sanctioned intake) shall be filled through RUHS CUET-2026
• Applicable to Constituent / Government / Private colleges
• Subject to approval of State Government and Rajasthan State Allied Healthcare Council

Pharmacy Courses (D.Pharm & B.Pharm):
• 100% of seats (sanctioned intake) shall be filled through RUHS CUET-2026
• Applicable to Constituent / Government / Private colleges

📊 Seat Matrix Availability

• College-wise and course-wise tentative seat matrix will be published on RUHS website before choice filling

📌 In-Service Candidates:
• Must submit completed application form with required enclosures
• Submission: In person / By post
• Must reach RUHS Entrance Cell before notified date
👉 Otherwise treated as non-service category candidates

⛔ Admission Cut-Off Rule

• No admission shall be made after the cut-off date as notified by RUHS

📌 Provisional Nature of Admission:
• All admissions will be treated as Provisional
• Subject to final decision of any pending court case(s)

🏛️ Final Admission Confirmation:
• Only after enrollment by RUHS
• Document verification at RUHS level
• All decisions by Chairman, E&R Cell / Admission Board, RUHS are final and binding

🎖️ Horizontal Reservation

♿ PwD: 5% seats reserved horizontally within each category (as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016)

👩 Female Reservation: Not less than 25% seats in each category (SC, ST, STA, OBC-NCL, MBC-NCL, EWS, UR) shall be filled by female candidates
👉 Special Condition (B.Sc Nursing): Female candidates not less than 50% of total seats

🪶 Scheduled Tribal Area (STA): 45% of ST seats reserved for ST candidates who are bonafide residents of Scheduled Tribal Areas

⚠️ Reservation Rounds Rule:
• Applicable only in Round 1 and Round 2 counselling
• In Round 3 and Open Round: No reservation; all treated as Unreserved (UR)

🪖 Defence Quota (Govt. Colleges Only)

• 1% seats reserved on priority-cum-merit basis
• Applicable to natural born (not adopted) sons/daughters of: Defence Personnel (Serving / Retired) & Para-Military Personnel (Serving / Retired)
• Candidate must belong to Rajasthan origin
• Seat distribution: Defence : Para-Military = 3 : 1
• Only one member per family is eligible once in a lifetime

📄 Certificate & Document Requirements

Candidates must produce the following at the time of admission:

• SC / ST / ST-STA certificate
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate
• MBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate
• EWS certificate (valid for financial year 2026–27)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Attested copies of all documents

OBC / MBC: Certificate issued by competent authority of Rajasthan, within one year from date of exam, clearly indicating "Non-Creamy Layer"
PwD: Must undergo medical verification by RUHS Medical Board

🪑 Seat Allotment

Seat allotment will be done strictly based on:
• Merit rank (RUHS CUET-2026 score)
• Choices filled by candidate
• Availability of seats in colleges

👉 Allotment is strictly merit-based and automated

• Allotment list published on RUHS website
• Candidates must download allotment letter

🏫 Reporting & Joining Process

After allotment, candidates must:
• Take printout of allotment letter
• Report to the allotted college in person
• Carry: Original documents • One set of attested photocopies • Prescribed admission fee

⚠️ Mandatory Reporting Rule:
• Must report within the notified date and time
• Failure to report IN PERSON → Seat automatically cancelled

🚫 Round-1 Rule: If candidate does not report/join in Round 1 → NOT eligible for subsequent counselling rounds

💰 Bond Rule & Special Conditions

💰 Bond Rule (Govt. & Govt. SFS Colleges):
• Candidates must submit a bond of ₹50,000
• If candidate leaves after 2nd round of counselling before completion: Must pay ₹50,000 penalty

🏢 In-Service Candidates:
• Must submit relieving letter from appointing authority before joining
• If not submitted by last date → Admission automatically cancelled

⚠️ Candidate Responsibility:
• Not viewing RUHS website updates will not be accepted as a reason

📋 Documents Required at Admission

📌 Candidates must bring original documents + one set of attested photocopies. All certificates must be issued by competent authority and valid as per admission requirements.

❌ Cancellation of Admission & Refund of Fees

📌 Cancellation Procedure:
• Submit a duly signed application to the allotted institution
• Must be done before the start of the last round of counselling
• Cancellation request treated as final
• Candidate will lose claim on the allotted seat

💰 Refund Policy (Before Cut-off Stage):
• Institute will refund fees after deducting ₹1,000 (processing charges)
• All original documents will be returned
• Within 2 days of submission of cancellation request

⛔ No Refund After Cut-off Date:
• Candidate will NOT be entitled to any refund
• Exception: Only Security Deposit / Caution Money may be refunded

📂 Return of Documents Rule:
• Institutions must return all documents including certificates, degree/diploma
• Institutions cannot retain documents to force payment or prevent leaving
• Any such action is strictly prohibited
