The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Common Undergraduate Entrance Test (RUHS CUET-2026) is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to various Diploma and Undergraduate courses in constituent and affiliated colleges of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur.

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur was established under "The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005 (Act No. 1 of 2005)" on 25th February 2005. RUHS is one of the largest teaching and training universities in Rajasthan, committed to becoming a leader in world-class medical education.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Nursing have been running since the inception of the University. Students graduating from the Faculty of Nursing have secured coveted positions in India and abroad.

👉 Candidates will attempt Biology or Mathematics as per course requirements.
• ✅ Correct Answer: +1 Mark
• ❌ Incorrect Answer: No Negative Marking
👉 Since there is no negative marking, candidates can attempt all questions without penalty for incorrect answers.

In case of equal scores, merit will be decided in the following order:

The entrance examination is open to all Indian citizens. However, preference is given to candidates belonging to Rajasthan domicile, as per applicable admission policies.

Minimum Aggregate Marks in PCB:
• General Category: 45%
• SC/ST Category: 40%

Result Awaited Candidates:
• Candidates appearing in qualifying examination (10+2) are also eligible to apply
• Must fulfil all eligibility conditions
• Must pass the qualifying exam before the choice filling stage
👉 Failure to qualify = disqualification from admission
🏥 Medical Fitness:
• Must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining
• Must be in prescribed format
• Issued by a Medical Officer of Government of Rajasthan
👉 Candidates must ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions before applying, as failure to do so may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of the admission process.
Seat distribution under RUHS CUET-2026 is governed by course-specific ordinances, Government orders, and RUHS regulations.

• College-wise and course-wise tentative seat matrix will be published on RUHS website before choice filling
📌 In-Service Candidates:
• Must submit completed application form with required enclosures
• Submission: In person / By post
• Must reach RUHS Entrance Cell before notified date
👉 Otherwise treated as non-service category candidates
• No admission shall be made after the cut-off date as notified by RUHS
📌 Provisional Nature of Admission:
• All admissions will be treated as Provisional
• Subject to final decision of any pending court case(s)
🏛️ Final Admission Confirmation:
• Only after enrollment by RUHS
• Document verification at RUHS level
• All decisions by Chairman, E&R Cell / Admission Board, RUHS are final and binding
Reservation of seats under RUHS CUET-2026 will be applicable as per the statutory provisions of the Government of Rajasthan and is primarily meant for Rajasthan domicile candidates. Candidates from other states will be considered under the Unreserved (UR) category.

Candidates must produce the following at the time of admission:

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate
• MBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate
• EWS certificate (valid for financial year 2026–27)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Attested copies of all documents
OBC / MBC: Certificate issued by competent authority of Rajasthan, within one year from date of exam, clearly indicating "Non-Creamy Layer"
PwD: Must undergo medical verification by RUHS Medical Board
⚠️ Important Reservation Rules: Reservation will be applicable only in Round 1 and Round 2 counselling. In Round 3 and Open Round, no reservation will be applicable and all candidates will be treated as Unreserved (UR). Reservation policies are subject to Government of Rajasthan notifications and changes from time to time.

After allotment, candidates must:

⚠️ Mandatory Reporting Rule:
• Must report within the notified date and time
• Failure to report IN PERSON → Seat automatically cancelled
🚫 Round-1 Rule: If candidate does not report/join in Round 1 → NOT eligible for subsequent counselling rounds
💰 Bond Rule (Govt. & Govt. SFS Colleges):
• Candidates must submit a bond of ₹50,000
• If candidate leaves after 2nd round of counselling before completion: Must pay ₹50,000 penalty
🏢 In-Service Candidates:
• Must submit relieving letter from appointing authority before joining
• If not submitted by last date → Admission automatically cancelled

• Institute will refund fees after deducting ₹1,000 (processing charges)
• All original documents will be returned
• Within 2 days of submission of cancellation request
⛔ No Refund After Cut-off Date:
• Candidate will NOT be entitled to any refund
• Exception: Only Security Deposit / Caution Money may be refunded

• Institutions must return all documents including certificates, degree/diploma
• Institutions cannot retain documents to force payment or prevent leaving
