About the College

Santosh Dental College and Hospital, Ghaziabad, was established in 1995 under the Maharaji Educational Trust, starting with a BDS intake of just 40 students. The intake grew to 100 in the 2004-05 academic session, and in 2007, Santosh Medical and Dental Colleges together were conferred Deemed to be University status by the Ministry of HRD.

The college is recognised by the Dental Council of India and is affiliated with Santosh Deemed to be University, located in Ghaziabad - making it the closest dental college to New Delhi and part of the wider Delhi NCR healthcare ecosystem. It's attached to a large 900-bed hospital used for trauma and surgical cases, and the college has invested in modern equipment like endodontic microscopes, CBCT, conscious sedation units, and intraoral scanners.

Quota Note: Since Santosh is a deemed university, BDS admission goes through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), not Uttar Pradesh state counselling. Seats are offered under All India Quota / Deemed University quota, along with Management and NRI quota.
