Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College

Admission Criteria

To secure admission into the MBBS program at Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

    Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

    Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB for General; 40% for SC/ST/OBC.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2025 

MBBS admission in Haryana is conducted through a centralized online counselling process based on NEET-UG scores. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, oversees the State Quota counselling, while All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for 15% seats is conducted separately by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

🔹 All India Quota (AIQ) – 15% Seats

For Haryana government colleges, 15% of MBBS seats are reserved for All India Quota candidates.

    Counselling is conducted by MCC via mcc.nic.in.

    Open to candidates from all states of India.

    There is no domicile requirement.

    Admission is strictly merit-based as per NEET-UG rank.

Steps in AIQ Counselling by MCC:

1.    Register online at mcc.nic.in

2.    Fill and lock choices for preferred colleges

3.    Participate in Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round

4.    Report to the allotted college with required documents and fees

🔹 Haryana State Quota – 85% Seats

The remaining 85% seats are reserved for domicile candidates of Haryana. Counselling is conducted by DMER Haryana through the portal:
