Annual Tuition Fees: The VCI 2026-27 seat matrix does not provide college-wise tuition fee figures. The fee ranges mentioned in the table above are approximate and provided for reference only, based on available college/university fee information and other reliable sources. Actual tuition fees, hostel charges and other institutional costs may vary depending on the college, quota, category and university rules. Candidates should verify the latest fee structure directly with the respective college/university before finalising their choices. For private veterinary colleges, candidates are advised to confirm the applicable fees with the concerned Nodal Officer.
The annual tuition fee for B.V.Sc. & A.H. varies from one veterinary college to another, depending on the institution, applicable quota, and university rules. Candidates should check the latest official fee notification or prospectus issued by the respective college or university before taking admission - fee amounts should not be estimated or carried forward from previous years without official confirmation.
โ Annual tuition fees
โ Admission fees
โ Examination fees
โ Hostel fees & security deposit
โ Other institutional charges
โ University-related charges
Important: The amount mentioned as annual tuition fee may not represent the complete cost of studying B.V.Sc. & A.H. Candidates should not select a college only on the basis of tuition fees โ also consider college reputation, academic facilities, clinical exposure, location, and hostel facilities.
Keep documents ready before participating in counselling and reporting.
Check the latest official counselling notification and the allotted college's instructions for the final document checklist, as additional documents may be required depending on category or admission status.
1. College Preference
Identify genuinely preferred colleges and arrange them in order during choice filling.
2. 15% AIQ Seat Availability
Check seats available under the 15% VCI AIQ (858 across 64 colleges) before preparing choices.
3. Annual Tuition Fees
Compare tuition fee along with hostel and other institutional charges.
4. Academic Facilities
Consider teaching infrastructure, laboratories, library, and other academic facilities.
5. Clinical Exposure
Consider availability of teaching hospitals, clinical facilities, and practical exposure.
6. Hostel, Location & Budget
Factor in hostel availability, accommodation costs, location, and the complete cost of education.
Choice-Filling Strategy: Build your preference list with Preferred Colleges (top choices), Realistic Choices (feasible per your merit and seats), and Additional Choices (other acceptable colleges to improve odds). Avoid filling a college merely for its fee - base final preference on rank, eligibility, seat availability, fees, and personal requirements.
Navigating the VCI 15% AIQ counselling alongside separate state veterinary counselling processes can be confusing. Bodmas Education helps with NEET UG rank-based college prediction, choice-filling strategy, comparing government and private veterinary colleges, fee and budget planning, documentation support, and end-to-end admission assistance for B.V.Sc. & A.H. admissions across India.
