Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualification: Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics, scoring a minimum of 75% aggregate (65% for SC/ST candidates).
• Entrance Exam: A valid JEE Main 2025 score/rank is mandatory.
• Admission is through JoSAA/CSAB counselling based on merit and reservation norms.

Steps to take Admission 

1. Appear for JEE Main 2025, Sessions I & II.
2. Register for JoSAA/CSAB counselling (opens June 3 at 5 PM).
3. Pay ₹5,000 registration fee, fill and lock choices (select IIIT Kalyani).
4. Seat allotment is based on JEE rank, preference order, and category.
5. Pay the seat acceptance fee after the provisional allotment.
6. Upload documents digitally during the counselling stages.
7. Physical reporting to IIIT Kalyani (online submission of scanned docs + fee via SBI portal).
8. Orientation & classes begin as per the institute calendar.
