NEET UG 2025 Centre Intimation Slip Released Early: Check Allotted City and Full Exam Centre List

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the NEET UG 2025 exam on May 4, 2025, in pen-and-paper mode at centres across India and abroad. Ahead of the exam, the NTA released the much-awaited NEET exam centre city intimation slip on April 23, earlier than the expected date of April 26.

This intimation slip informs candidates about the city where their NEET UG 2025 exam centre is located. It allows aspirants to make early travel arrangements and get familiar with the location. While the exact centre address will be mentioned in the NEET admit card to be released on May 1, the city slip serves as an important preliminary notification.

This year, NEET 2025 will be conducted across 566 centres — including 552 centres in India and 14 international centres, ensuring wide accessibility for Indian and foreign-based candidates.

1.    Visit the official website – neet.ntaonline.in

2.    Click on the link titled "City Intimation Slip for NEET UG 2025"

3.    Log in using your NEET application number and date of birth

4.    The allotted exam city will be displayed on the screen

5.    Download and print the slip for your reference

Heading to your NEET UG 2025 exam centre? Make sure you're well-prepared with the following important guidelines to avoid any last-minute stress:

1. Mandatory Documents to Carry

•    NEET 2025 Admit Card (with passport-size photo affixed)

•    Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.)

•    Passport-size photograph (same as used in the application form – for pasting on attendance sheet)

•    PwD certificate (if applicable)

2. Reporting Time

•    Reach the exam centre at least 1.5 to 2 hours before the reporting time to complete the verification process smoothly.

•    The entry gate will close 15–30 minutes before the exam begins – late entry is strictly prohibited.

3. Dress Code Guidelines

•    Light clothes with half sleeves (no big buttons, no badges, no full sleeves)

•    Slippers or sandals with low heels only (no shoes)

•    Avoid any accessories like jewelry, watches, or metal items.

4. Items Not Allowed

•    Mobile phones, earphones, Bluetooth devices

•    Calculators, smartwatches, electronic gadgets

•    Stationery items like pens, pencils, erasers (will be provided at the centre)

•    Handbags, wallets, goggles, caps, belts

5. Follow Instructions

•    Listen to invigilators carefully

•    Fill OMR sheet accurately with the provided black ballpoint pen

•    Do not indulge in unfair means or malpractice – it may lead to cancellation of your exam
