In order to apply to MBBS in Meghalaya, a candidate has to qualify for NEET UG 2025 with a minimum cutoff percentile. They are expected to have 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, with at least 50% in the general category, 40% in SC/ST/OBC and 45% in PwD. Also, they should be 17 years of age by December 31 of the year of admission and in the case of state quota slots, they should be of the domicile of Meghalaya.
