Fee Includes: The USD 42,000 course fee includes admission fees, five years of tuition fees and four examination fees.
Hostel Fee: Hostel accommodation is charged separately at USD 60 per month and is not included in the USD 42,000 course fee.
Late / Extended Course: Students who do not successfully complete the course within the regular 5-year period are required to pay USD 2,000 as session fees and hostel charges per year, in addition to the usual monthly tuition fee of USD 100.
Late Payment Fine: Students who fail to pay the yearly fees within the prescribed time are required to pay a fine of USD 50 per month in addition to the session fees.
Internship Honorarium: Students will be paid BDT 15,000 per month as internship honorarium.
Payment Terms: As stated in the college document, all payments are non-refundable.

Admission Process 2026-27 Academic Session
Delta Medical College admits foreign students strictly through a centralized, merit-based, and fully government-regulated admission process conducted by the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Bangladesh. This centralized mechanism ensures impartiality, uniform academic evaluation, and complete transparency for all foreign applicants.
