Kerala NEET UG Counselling 2026 registration and related activities are expected to be conducted after the official announcement of NEET UG 2026 results, likely in June–July 2026. Candidates who qualify NEET UG 2026 and meet eligibility criteria will be able to register for Kerala state counselling via the CEE Kerala portal once registrations are open (tentatively July 2026). The counselling process generally includes option registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting.
The Kerala choice filling or option entry for NEET UG 2026 MBBS/BDS counselling is projected to start in July 2026, with Round 1 seat allotment expected in late July 2026. Students who receive allotments will need to report to the allotted colleges during July–August 2026. Subsequent rounds such as Round 2 and Mop-Up/Stray Vacancy rounds are expected to continue in August–September 2026, with the academic session beginning around October 2026.
Kerala NEET UG 2026 counselling is conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, for admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in government and private medical colleges across the state. Candidates who qualify NEET UG 2026 and meet the domicile and eligibility criteria can participate in the online counselling process, which includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting.
This is a mandatory non-refundable fee payable at the time of online registration on the official CEE Kerala counselling portal.
The refundable security deposit is required during choice filling. This amount is refunded if the candidate does not get a seat or completes the admission process successfully. The deposit is forfeited if the candidate fails to report after seat allotment.

The Stray Vacancy Round is the final round conducted at the institute level to fill any remaining vacant seats. No fresh registrations are allowed.
