NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Provisional Answer Key Released: How to Download, Challenge & What Comes Next
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Provisional Answer Key on 25 June 2026. How to Challenge the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Answer Key
- Visit neet.nta.nic.in and log in using your credentials.
- Open the Answer Key Challenge section.
- Select your Question Paper Series Code.
- Choose the question(s) you wish to challenge.
- Upload valid supporting documents such as the relevant NCERT textbook reference with chapter and page number.
- Pay the โน200 challenge fee per question through the online payment gateway.

Important Rules for Answer Key Challenge
Challenges submitted through email, post, fax or any offline mode will not be accepted.
If your objection is accepted by the expert panel, the โน200 challenge fee for that question will be refunded.
Any correction approved by NTA will apply to all candidates who received the same question paper code.
NTA will not communicate individual challenge outcomes separately. The final answer key will reflect all accepted changes.

The National Testing Agency has clarified that scanned OMR response sheets are not available at this stage. Since the scanning process is still underway, candidates will receive a separate opportunity to view and verify their individual OMR sheets once the process is completed.
