Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admission

Nationality: Indian citizens
Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the admission year. No upper age limit.
Educational Qualifications: Must have passed 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Entrance Examination: Must appear for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and secure the minimum required percentile in NEET UG for eligibility.

NEET UG Exam Details

Duration: 3 hours, 180 Questions
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Zoology
Marking: +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect answers
Total Marks: 720

Domicile Criteria for UP Medical Colleges

Candidates must be residents of Uttar Pradesh.
A valid UP domicile certificate is required.
Must have lived in UP for at least 5 years or have parents who are permanent residents.
Students who completed grades 10 + 2 in Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for the UP domicile.
