The Government of Meghalaya, through the Directorate of Health Services, Medical Education & Research, has announced Round 3 online counselling for admission to the 1st-year MBBS course at P.A. Sangma International Medical College & Hospital, Baridua, Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya for the academic session 2026-27.

NEET UG Eligibility
Candidates seeking admission must have qualified NEET UG 2026. The notice specifies the minimum qualifying percentile as 50th percentile for General candidates and 40th percentile for SC, ST and OBC candidates, with separate provisions for PwBD categories.
For MBBS admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects. State Quota Eligibility

Management Quota Eligibility
For Management Quota seats, candidates must be citizens of India and meet the prescribed academic and NEET UG eligibility requirements.
The same Class 12 subject and percentage requirements apply, and merit/rank is determined using the NEET UG 2026 All India Rank.
NRI Quota Eligibility
NRI candidates are eligible subject to the rules and regulations of the Government of Meghalaya and Government of India.

Important Eligibility Restriction
Candidates who participated in Round 1 or Round 2, were selected but did not take admission, cannot reapply for the counselling.
