The Christian Medical College (CMC), Ludhiana has opened registration for the NEET Postgraduate Examination 2025 for candidates wishing to apply for the Minority B (Service Obligation) category. The registration process involves online registration and submission of a hard copy of the application form along with the required documents. Candidates are required to adhere to all the deadlines and instructions to ensure acceptance of their applications.

CMC Ludhiana NEET PG 2025 Application Process

Candidates seeking admission to CMC Ludhiana will apply through:

1.  Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot - The Official state counselling authority.

2. CMC Ludhiana online portal - For registration under the B category for a Minority.

PG seats at CMC Ludhiana are available under the following categories:

• Category A - Open General

• Category B - Minority with service commitment (Christian Minority)

• Category C - NRI Category

This guide is limited to candidates applying under Category B with a service obligation, as defined by CMC Ludhiana.

CMC Ludhiana NEET PG 2025 Application Date

Last date to submit online application to CMC Ludhiana: 7 August 2025

Deadline to send hard copy of application to Registrar, CMC Ludhiana: 12 August 2025

  • Last date for submission of service commitment documents (Letter of Service Commitment and Affidavit): 10 July 2025

Eligibility Criteria for Category B (Service Commitment)

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

•          Must have qualified NEET PG 2025.

•          Must have completed a minimum of two years of service obligation before 31 July 2025.

•          The service must be either an obligation written in a formal agreement made while pursuing MBBS education (for Category B-i); or a formal completion of work in a mission hospital under CMC Ludhiana Society (for Category B-ii).

•          Applicants who have not met a minimum of a two-year service obligation are not eligible to apply under Category B.

•          Applications must be submitted separately to BFUHS and CMC Ludhiana.

1. Ludhiana Medical College Online Application Process

• Visit the official website: www.cmcludhiana.in

• Visit: Undergraduate Admissions > 2025 > MD/MS Admissions 2025 > Online Application Form for Category B

• Read "How to Fill the Online Application Form" carefully.

• Provide personal details, NEET PG 2025 exam details, educational history, and service commitment details.

• Upload the required documents in the specified formats.

• Pay the application fee of INR 2,000 via the online payment gateway provided on that page.

2. Submit the Printed Application

After successfully completing the online application process:

• Download and print the completed application form.

• Sign each page of the application form.

• Attach the required documents listed below.

Documents Required

  • Application form should be Printed and signed copy of the online
  • Two recent passport-size photographs (name written on back)
  • High School certificate (as proof of date of birth)
  • MBBS mark sheets from all professional years
  • NEET PG 2025 Score Card (can be submitted later if not available at the time of registration)
  • PG Diploma certificate (if applicable)
  • Letter of Service Commitment (Format A)
  • Affidavit for Service Obligation (Format B, on ₹100 stamp paper)
  • Service completion or NOC certificate from relevant authority
  • Proof of online payment with transaction ID

Only photocopies of documents should be submitted. Originals will be verified at the time of counselling.

Application to BFUHS Faridkot

In addition to CMC's registration, all applicants (including those in Category B) are required to:

  • Apply through BFUHS at www.bfuhs.ac.in
  • Follow the university’s instructions carefully
  • Select the “Minority” option in the online form
  • Obtain an eligibility certificate if applying under NRI category

Selection and Counselling

• The counselling and allocation of seats will be coordinated by BFUHS, Faridkot.

• The merit list and seat matrix that will be prepared by the BFUHS will be published on the official BFUHS website.

• The schedule, process of admission and commencement of class is subject to the timeframe set by the respective regulatory authority.

• After successful verification of documents and payment of the course fee, along with signing the obligatory service agreement, admission will be confirmed.

Bond Service Agreement

Candidates chosen under Category B must sign three-year Bond service agreement that will compel them to serve in a hospital or institution of public health, public health program, or community health program approved by the CMC Ludhiana Society as stipulated when they complete the course. This agreement is part of the admissions process.

Christian minority candidates who qualify for CMC Ludhiana's Minority Category B admissions have an opportunity not available to candidates who have served the three-year commitments because they have completed their service. Therefore, it is important that eligible applicants strictly follow the directions and deadlines for submission. Incomplete and late submissions will not be considered.
