What's New in NEET PG 2026?
NBEMS has introduced several important changes in the NEET PG 2026 registration and examination process to improve transparency and provide a better examination experience for candidates.
Test State Preference
Candidates can now choose their preferred state during registration to reduce travel distance while allocating examination centres.
FCFS System Removed
The First-Come-First-Served method for examination centre allocation has been discontinued to ensure fair and equal opportunities for all applicants.
Optimized Centre Allocation
NBEMS will allocate examination centres based on the candidate's communication address and preferred state, subject to seat availability.

NEET PG 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy all eligibility requirements prescribed by NBEMS before submitting the online application form.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBBS Degree or a Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Internship Completion: Applicants should have completed or be completing their compulsory rotatory internship on or before the prescribed cutoff date.
- Medical Registration: Candidates must possess a Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the National Medical Commission or any State Medical Council.
