SIBM Pune Launches New MBA in HRM & Integrated AI Analytics; Applications Open Through SNAP 2026

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune has launched a new two-year, full-time residential MBA programme in Human Resource Management & Integrated AI Analytics. The programme is being introduced for students who want to build careers in HR while developing skills in artificial intelligence, analytics and data-driven decision-making.

New MBA Programme at SIBM Pune

The new programme, officially titled M.B.A. (Human Resource Management – Integrated AI Analytics), will combine conventional HR education with emerging technologies used in recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, learning and employee engagement.

According to SIBM Pune, HR professionals increasingly need to understand business priorities as well as technology and data. The programme is therefore designed to develop skills in areas such as HR analytics, AI-enabled decision-making, digital transformation and human-machine collaboration.

SNAP 2026: Important Dates

Candidates seeking admission to the new SIBM Pune programme have to appear for SNAP 2026.

Candidates can take up to three SNAP tests, with the best score considered for the admission process.

Eligibility for MBA HRM & Integrated AI Analytics

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or Institution of National Importance with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.

For SC/ST candidates, the minimum requirement is 45%. Candidates appearing for their final-year examination can also apply, subject to fulfilling the required qualification at the time of admission.

Candidates holding foreign qualifications are required to obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), as applicable.

SNAP 2026 Exam Pattern

SNAP 2026 is conducted as a 60-minute computer-based test. The examination is being held across 79 cities.

Candidates can appear for a maximum of three attempts. The SNAP registration fee is ₹2,550 per test, while candidates applying to an individual programme are required to pay an additional ₹1,000 per programme, with applicable government taxes.

Admission to the new MBA programme will be conducted in two stages.
