A View of AACCC-UG Counseling - What it is, what it includes, and why it is important
AACCC conducts centralized online counseling for All India Quota (AIQ) (15% in government and 100% in deemed/central universities/national institutes). NEET-UG 2025 scores are eligible for this admission, and candidates have to register their names on the AACCC portal. The process will bring transparency and merit based allotments and make it less of a hassle for the students seeking to study Indian traditional medicine systems.

AACCC Admission Procedure of AIQ:
Programs: BAMS (Ayurveda), BSMS (Siddha), BUMS (Unani), BHMS (Homeopathy).
Rounds: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, SVR-I, SVR-II—totaling up to five opportunities for seat allocation.
Stages Common to Most Rounds:
Registration & Payment.
Choice Filling/Locking.
Processing of Seat Allotment.
Publication of Results.
Reporting at Allotted Institute.
Verification of Joined Candidate Data.
Notable Insights: Deadlines – Server time is critical to the deadlines (payment till 05:00 PM, locking till 11:55 PM). It recommends, with its dynamic nature, that to check the website for schemes, FAQs, and updates.

The structured approach prevents overlaps and later upgrades, but candidates have to deposit security and physically report for seat allotment.
Round 1: Kickstarting the Process (August 20 - September 14, 2025)
Round 1 has been set up, giving sufficient time to register, as there are fresh NEET passouts as well, on the lookout. Analysis: It’s the most inviting, at 11 days to register — great news for first-timers.
Detailed Timeline:
Beginning right after the NEET results, which it matches the date of the day (August 22, 2025) of today as well!
Aspects:
- Choice locking is limited as per the dates set to avoid end time rush.
- Large participation possible, as 1st opportunity for preferred colleges.

Round 2: Building on Round 1 (September 15 - October 5, 2025)
This bout zeroed in on unfilled seats and improvements, and the shorter windows are due to learner operations from previous data verification.
Detailed Timeline:
Aspects:
- Shortened durations (6 days for registration) assume familiarity with the portal by the candidates.
- Hardly any overlap with any festival or public holiday, so the wedding can be performed with ease.

Round 3: Final Main Round (October 6 - October 26, 2025)
The third round, which focused on the remaining open seats, was the fastest, a sign of urgency with the academic year starting.
Detailed Timeline:
Aspects:
- Mistake in the document: The Choice filling is "Oct 11th 2024" (I guess meant to be 2025).
- With shorter durations (for instance seat matrix for 3 days for choice filling) prompt decisions are sought—carefully see seat matrix.
Implications and Strategic Tips for Aspirants
This timetable suggests an increasing constricting of deadlines to incentivize early admissions while permitting repeated attempts. With NEET-taking on the rise, competition is fierce– analysis reveals that reporting windows (usually 8 days) are vital to prevent seat lass.
Tips Based on Analysis
- Register Early: Get Alerts On “Sandes” App On Portal Side.
- Monitoring of Updates: All candidates are requested to regularly visit https://aaccc.gov.in as schedules may change as per the orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India/ Competent Authority.
- Manage Typos: Developers could have mistakes like “3nd ROUND” or date misalignments corrected in an official clarification.
- Preparation: Organize documents (NEET scorecard, category certificates), decide preferences based on last year cutoff.
The procedure is completed in late November, when most schools are in vacation and can be spared of interruption.
