  1.  Undergraduate (BTech) Scholarships at IIT Tirupati

Merit-cum-Means Scholarship

  • Eligibility Criteria: Available to 25% of the total students. Students must belong to families with an annual income below ₹4,50,000.
  • Renewal Conditions: Minimum GPA of 5.0 each semester to maintain the scholarship.
  • Scholarship Benefits: Monthly stipend of ₹1,000 plus full tuition fee exemption per semester.

Institute Free Studentship

  • Eligibility Criteria: Open to 10% of students admitted, with family income not exceeding ₹4,50,000 per annum.
  • Renewal Conditions: The student must maintain a GPA of 5.0 or above each semester.
  • Scholarship Benefits: Full waiver of tuition fees per semester.

Institute SC/ST Scholarship

  • Eligibility Criteria: Applicable to SC/ST category students with parental income below ₹4,50,000 annually.
  • Renewal Conditions: Minimum GPA of 5.0 each semester.
  • Scholarship Benefits: Complete tuition fee waiver each semester.
